Terms of Service

LudeSEO analyzes publicly reachable web pages and produces SEO reports: scores, detected issues, fix suggestions, AI generated summaries, site crawls, monitoring alerts, comparisons, PDF exports and score badges. Reports are informational. They are our automated assessment at a point in time, not a guarantee of search rankings or of completeness.

You agree to audit only websites that are publicly accessible and that you either own, operate, or have a legitimate interest in evaluating. You agree not to:

• use the Service to overload, probe or attack websites or infrastructure;
• circumvent rate limits, quotas or access controls;
• resell or systematically scrape the Service without our written consent;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Our crawler respects robots.txt, paces its requests and caps crawl sizes. We may block audits of specific targets at our discretion or at a site owner's request.

You can use single page audits without an account. An account (email and password, or Google sign in) is required for projects, history, monitoring and other features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

The free tier stays free. Paid plans, when billing is active, are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider (Stripe) and can be canceled at any time, taking effect at the end of the paid period. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. During the open beta, paid features may be available for free; we may adjust beta access at any time.

You keep all rights to your websites. Reports generated for public shareable links are visible to anyone who has the link. We may retain audit results, aggregate statistics and derived data to operate and improve the Service.

Reports may include data from Google PageSpeed Insights. AI features are powered by third party model providers. Sign in with Google is offered via Google's OAuth service. Alert delivery may use Telegram. Each of these processes data under its own terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that reports are complete or error free, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that following our suggestions will improve rankings. Search engines change constantly; nobody can promise you position one, including us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or EUR 50 if you paid nothing. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, traffic or rankings.

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or abuses the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination survive it.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and disputes belong to the courts of Cyprus.
